1.1. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, booking system, and any related services offered by Soul Yoga Studio.

 

1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

2. Classes and Services

 

2.1. Soul Yoga Studio provides in-person yoga classes and workshops.

2.2. Class schedules, availability, and instructors may change at our discretion.

 

2.3. You must sign up as a site member in order to make a booking.

 

2.4. All bookings are subject to confirmation. Payment must be completed to secure a spot.

2.5 Purchased classes are class packages are only for the use of the individual that purchased the classes and/or class package and cannot be transferred to or shared with another individual.

3. User Conduct

 

3.1. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or booking.

• Respect instructors and other participants.

• Follow studio rules, safety instructions, and any guidance given by instructors.

 

3.2. You must not:

• Use our website or services for illegal purposes.

• Harass or disrupt other participants or instructors.

• Post harmful, abusive, or offensive content on the website.

 

4. Payments and Refunds

 

4.1. Payments must be made through the approved payment methods.

 

4.2. No refunds will be given for packages or classes purchased.

 

4.3. Rescheduling of class bookings is permitted up to 6 hours before the class time. Bookings cannot be rescheduled less than 6 hours before the class time. Please note that if the member does not reschedule a class booking up to 6 hours before the class time and does not attend the class, the class fee will not be refunded. Rescheduling of bookings can be done through our website.

4.4. We reserve the right to modify fees and schedules at any time.

 

5. Health and Safety

​

5.1. At Soul Yoga Studio, we prioritise the health, well-being and safety of all members. Our instructors may offer optional hands-on adjustments to ensure correct alignment and safety in your practice. If you do not wish to receive adjustments, please inform the instructor and verbal cues or guidance will be provided instead. By attending our classes, members consent to receiving hands-on adjustments, with the caveat that no hands-on adjustments will be performed if the member has clearly informed the instructor that he/she does not wish to receive such adjustments.

5.2. Whilst the utmost care is taken to ensure the health and safety of all members, yoga is a physical activity and there are therefore inherent risks in practising yoga that cannot be eliminated completely. By booking classes, attending classes and using our facilities and equipment, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in yoga and acknowledge and agree that Soul Yoga Studio and our instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage that may occur should you choose to participate in our yoga classes. 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

6.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and course materials, is owned by Soul Yoga Studio.

 

6.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Privacy

 

7.1. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

7.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data for booking, communication, and marketing purposes.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

8.1. Soul Yoga Studio is not liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damage incurred while participating in classes.

• Technical issues, website downtime, or errors in online bookings.

 

8.2. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
