PERSONAL TRAINING

Our hourly rate is all-in. No separate gym or studio membership fees are required. We also offer buddy sharing packages for those who enjoy working out with a friend!
YOGA AND THE GYM FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS


A well-rounded fitness programme need not focus solely on one form of exercise. Many trainees benefit greatly from a hybrid approach that blends yoga with other exercises such as weightlifting and cardiovascular exercise.
Weight training develops strength, improves joint stability and maintains bone health (particularly important for combating osteoporosis), whilst yoga improves flexibility, mobility and body awareness. Together, they work synergistically to build a strong, flexible and resilient body.
Our PT programmes offer you the flexibility to use your sessions for yoga or for gym training, or a combination of both. Enjoy the best of both worlds.
FULL CUSTOMISATION


Personal training sessions are fully customised to suit your body, age, fitness level and personal goals. We will work with each trainee to develop an individual plan. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved mobility, increased strength or any combination of the above, we will support you in achieving those goals.
Depending on your goals and preferences, you can choose to focus on yoga and bodyweight exercises, on weight and cardiovascular training in the gym, or on both (we recommend this!)
FULL FLEXIBILITY


No need to buy separate packages
Use your PT sessions for yoga, weightlifting or any combination of the two. Studio costs are included within the rate - no need to buy separate memberships or packages. All of our class packages do not have expiry dates.
Yoga sessions will be conducted at our studio location at Free Movement Dance, 2 Bukit Merah Central. Gym sessions will be conducted at public gyms or fitness corners in the vicinity of Bukit Merah. We can also conduct sessions at your home, condo gym or other locations in the Bukit Merah area, provided that additional costs will apply depending on location and cost of facility usage.
Buddy Sharing
To give our clients maximum flexibility and affordability, you can purchase a buddy sharing package and buddy-share your PT session with a friend or partner. Bring a workout partner, have fun and motivate each other!
