Absolutely! Our classes are small-group which will ensure that you receive the attention and instructions that you need as a beginner to yoga. Props (yoga blocks, straps, etc.) will be offered and your instructor will teach you how to modify poses and/or use props to support you.
Definitely. Everyone starts from somewhere and everyone's body is different. Wherever you are starting from, we will offer suitable cues and modifications to meet you where you are. With consistency, the practice of yoga will increase your flexibility, strength and mobility.
We don't do free trials but all new members get a one-time first trial class at $15. All drop-in classes are reasonably priced at $20 per session. It is important to us to keep pricing affordable so that yoga is accessible to as many people as possible.
It is entirely up to you. We will always maintain a reasonably priced drop-in option for single classes. You can book a single class at any time with no commitment and no strings attached. If you wish to practice more often with us, you may also consider purchasing a class package which will enable you to enjoy a cheaper rate per class.
