In Singing Bowl Yin, you will experience long, gentle stretches paired with the soothing resonance of singing bowls. Yin Yoga is a slow, calming practice that focuses on deep stretches held for longer periods of time to gently target the connective tissues of the body. Poses are mostly seated or lying, and the long holds allow the muscles to relax and slowly lengthen.
